The Teen Uprising, aka the Teen Terror March, is a widely unknown event started by the "terror generation" or the "ferals" who had conducted flash riots, among other protests, that arose during the Heartland War. Because of the world's focus on the life and choice issues, the children and others began to be neglected. Schools were closed and the young adults began protesting, calling for change, and had even come close to toppling the government. During this time, the first clappers came to light as "feral suicide bombers".
