The Storking Initiative is the law that gives mothers, or fathers, the right to "stork" their babies. When they cannot provide for their child, or simple does not want one, they can choose to leave the child on someone else's doorstep. When they do not get caught, the family is obliged to keep the baby; but if the parent is caught, they must either keep the baby or send them to State Homes to be wards.
