State Homes, also called StaHo, are temporary homes for the wards of the State that provide for their needs. They keep them there and guarantee a place for the wards for the first thirteen years of their life, where they are trained and taught to be ideal citizens, but this guarantee only holds until the age of thirteen. Because of the demand of state homes and several 'unwanted babies' that need to be taken in, they send off certain wards, those who no longer shows potential, for unwinding.
