Karla is a waitress at local diner on Route 66. She tells Connor and Lev that the public is recovering from it's disease. She also tells them to "steal" her car. She tells them to total the clunker because she could use the insurance money. She covers for the boys when a Juvie comes in looking for them, saying that she knew them.
