Diego is another AWOL Unwind who Connor, Hayden and Emby meet in their transport crate on the way to the Graveyard.
After they were stuffed into their crate together, the rest of the group tried to make the ride easy on each other by trying to strike up conversations. Diego chose not to join the conversation initially. When Hayden asked if they'd rather die or be unwound, the group remained silent for a long time, unwilling to consider the notion. Over half an hour after the plane's takeoff, Diego restarted the topic by being the first to respond to Hayden's question. The discussion then moved to several different topics sensitive to their situation. Diego became quite involved and proved both opinionated and informed.
